We hand-finish, pack and ship every order from our Jaipur atelier, folded in a heritage trousseau box.
Dispatch time
Ready pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days of a confirmed order. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take an average of 38 days — we confirm the timeline for your piece on WhatsApp before we begin.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across India and to 42 countries worldwide through reputed courier partners. You receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Within India, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch; international timelines vary by destination and customs.
Any import duties or taxes on international orders are payable by the customer as per their country's rules.

Track your order any time from the Track Order page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Returns & exchanges
Because most pieces are made to order specifically for you, they are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will happily replace or repair it.
Raise a claim within 3 days of delivery by messaging concierge@grandabhaneri.com or WhatsApp +91 98290 17524 with your order number and clear photographs. The piece must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging with tags intact.
