Information we collect
When you place an order or enquire, we collect your name, phone number, email, shipping address and the details of your order. When you pay online we do not see or store your card/UPI details — those go directly to our payment gateway (Razorpay).
We also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand traffic and improve the site.
How we use it
To process, make, ship and support your order; to send order updates on WhatsApp, phone or email; to answer enquiries; and to improve our products and website. If you opt in, we may send occasional atelier updates — you can unsubscribe any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners needed to serve you: our payment gateway (Razorpay), our hosting and database provider, and our shipping/courier partners. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
